    Each of these dietary tracks will be supplemented with my own experiences and thoughts (as I have or plan to try each of these diets on my own) as well as an example dietary plan to help you transition to this diet. I highly recommend to try these diets for multiple weeks to get a good feel of the actual benefits and drawbacks for you personally. Commonly, changing to new diet or schedules will be rough in the first 1-2 weeks, and therefore will not show their true benefits until your body has accustomed.
